Health Science students have been learning about medical sterilization along with infection control. The students learned how to properly donn and doff sterile surgical gloves in class.





Culinary Arts I students are learning how to safely and correctly use a chef's knife. They are also learning a variety of classic knife cuts. Students first practiced with homemade Play-Doh, then made French fries
