Weir Elementary students witnessed first-hand what “farm to table” means. Students enjoyed eating a meal which included the bell peppers grown from the school garden, funded by the Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi Foundation.

Health Science students were studying the Chain of Infection. They created models of the Chain of Infection to help them understand how to prevent infections in health care.

Homecoming Super Hero Day!
Sixth graders at FCE enjoyed their first “soft start” to Friday!! Rather than traditional bell work, students chose a fun activity to do with their friends to start the day! Friday may be our favorite day of the week!!
FCE 1st graders enjoyed spending their library class outside today. It was a beautiful day to soak up some sun while getting lost in the adventure of a good book.
FCE students were treated to popsicles on Friday by our 6th grade parents!
Students at Ackerman Elementary School in 6th grade built and priced their own vehicle in Mr. Richardson’s Math class. They are researching and writing an informative essay on their chosen vehicle in Mrs. Chamblee’s Writing class! #teamAES
