Ackerman Elementary School students and staff were “twinning” on Friday! Part 1 #teamAES





Health Science students were learning the proper procedure for aseptic hand washing technique according to CDC guidelines. Glo-germ was applied to their hands to simulate pathogens.


Ackerman Elementary School Staff have been enjoying items from the Morale Committee on Fridays! Flamingo Friday brings gifts and random drawings. The Jolly Trolley Cart brought snacks from The Coffee Shop and juice today! We love our staff! #teamAES



SFC Curtis McGee visited CCCTC classes today and spoke to students about the opportunities available through the Mississippi Army National Guard.

Sixth graders at FCE enjoyed working together with friends to order rational numbers in a number sort activity.


Mrs. Meriah’s and Mrs. Frankie’s kindergarten students at Ackerman Elementary School are doing a great job on their classwork. Lots of fun activities have these kiddos on track and learning a lot! #teamAES





Mrs. Amy’s and Mrs. Taylor’s 2nd graders at Ackerman Elementary School are working hard in their writing class. Students are building better sentences by adding lots of descriptive words. #teamAES

Weir Elementary School needs any size plastic bottle caps for a STEAM recycle project. Any parents, community members, or church groups that are willing to bring them by the school, we would greatly appreciate it.
