All FCE sixth graders celebrated their AR achievements by enjoying a trip to the movies!!
Sixth graders at FCE enjoyed a Christmas party from AROUND the WORLD! Leading up to Christmas break, students studied Christmas and holiday traditions of countries all around the world. We enjoyed waffles from Belgium, Chinese moon cakes, Mexican wedding cookies, beignets, and so much more!!
We also had a special visitor - SANTA!
After learning fractions, students in Mrs. Joni’s, Mrs. Mitzi’s, and Mrs. Brenda’s class at Ackerman Elementary School had to follow a recipe to make their families hot chocolate mix. They also may haystack candy and delivered Christmas cards! #teamAES

3rd and 4th graders at WES enjoyed their Christmas breakfast today. They stuffed stockings with goodies for one another and attended their Christmas dance. We hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Mrs. Christi's second and third grade PACE classes at Ackerman Elementary School have been studying dinosaurs. To do this, we learned about various dinosaurs and theories related to their extinction. Students selected one dinosaur each to research and present. They gathered information, created a slideshow, constructed a footprint replica, and illustrated the dinosaur. #teamAES
The 2nd & 3rd grade students in PACE at Ackerman Elementary School have been studying Dinosaurs this past semester, and they were able to present all their projects to the friends and family this past week. They did an amazing job!!! #teamAES
Mrs. Lisa’s and Mrs. Margie’s PreK students at Ackerman Elementary had a fun time at their Christmas party today. They had fun opening presents and playing with their new toys, eating Wendy’s for lunch, and eating Christmas snacks. They also got to talk to Santa and tell him what they wanted for Christmas. #teamAES
