Mrs. Halford's 5th graders at Ackerman Elementary School are working hard in class. A fun science lesson using pancakes as an example is helping them learn about properties of matter. #teamAES





Mrs. Sanders students at Ackerman Elementary School listened to the read aloud “Grandpa’s Teeth”. The kids then worked together to discuss the story elements of the book and then made a set of marshmallow dentures. #teamAES

Students living North of the Coal Mine that ride a school bus will have pick up and drop off times that will be different than normal. This will be for the next couple of days as Hwy. 9 will be closed and buses in that area will have to detour from their regular routes.
