Last Thursday, 2nd Grade students were prepping for Friday Science. They were going over safety rules, and how to conduct an experiment. They were watching a science video when Mr. Blaine came in. The students told him what they had learned about safety, and Mr. Blaine engaged them in conversation about the scientific method for experimenting. He shared an experiment he did with the class.

Ackerman Elementary School loves having our CCHS football players and cheerleaders come over to greet our students on Friday mornings! #teamAES








Culinary Arts students traveled to the Choctaw Nursing and Rehabilitation Center to demonstrate how to make homemade ice cream in a bag. Residents helped measure ingredients and shake the ice cream until it froze. Students then fixed each resident a custom sundae.

The CCHS Happily Ever After Homecoming Parde is Friday, September 22nd at 10:00am.
The newspaper published the wrong time.
The parade will start at 10:00am. It will go around Ackerman Elementary School and then turn down Main Street. We can't wait to cheer on our Chargers!
