The Choctaw County Culinary Arts program recently began preparing to-go lunches for school employees. Students incorporate the concepts and foods they are learning about into a lunch menu. This real-world application of meal service has been welcomed by students and staff alike! Most recently, the culinary program served BBQ Pulled Pork Baked Potatoes.
